Lovell Rugby Store - Outstanding Response Speed & Delivery

I have been looking for a particular size and type of trousers for training for a while now and all of my usual first ports of call were sold out. The line was discontinued. I tried Amazon, only to be told that the retailer again was out of stock. So, I end up trawling the web and pull out the Lovell Rugby microsite of Edirectory. Not only was I able to phone up at 11.30 at night to place my order (it's available 24/7) and was assured that stock was in place. Without having to pay exorbitant delivery costs my trousers arrived on my desk this morning, not much longer than 48 hours after placing my order. I use the Internet a lot and this sort of attention to detail, customer service and delivery response is sadly lacking in many cases. Lovell Rugby, take a bow. Simply Outstanding!! I shall definitely be ordering from you again.
