Awful service and rude staff

I have had the very unpleasant experience of renting a house with Fulfords over the past year. When we first arrived at the house, it was completely inhospitable, and a cleaner was not brought in until a week later, and only after countless phone calls. This meant that we were required to clean faeces and dirt left by the past owners of the house. Since then, the service provided by Fulfords has been consistently bad. On leaving the house we ensured the property was left in perfect condition, something that they did not ensure when renting it to us. On review of the house, however, the agent was unbelievably rude and patronising, using phrases such as "Do you really expect me to rent this to someone?". They have still not returned our deposit and are claiming that damage made by the previous owner was ours, despite photographic evidence otherwise.
