    We have family down in brixham so this makes a good place as a base while we catch up with family members, its cheap and cheerful accommodation could do with a lick of paint in places and a bit of cash spent upgrading, but the sites fairly well maintained and is better then a lot of its competitors in the area. It has a good range of evening entertainment to suit all ages, there is a nice little indoor pool, arcade and a bowlingo alley, you get a fair deal for a cheap price and i would definitely stay again as the kids loved it!
