Bishops Court Hotel

Just thought you'd like to know that I booked 21 single rooms at the above hotel in Torquay last December and today they've phoned to tell me that they've double booked and can no longer take us! The owner Frank Nixi was also quite rude to me in the way that he spoke to me which was totally out of order considering they've just cancelled my booking for our Companions Club of people aged between 50-60 and only weeks to go. Luckily we've found another one but you should be aware that this happened and also on looking at various websites about this hotel other guests that have stayed there have had some terrible experiences including no being booked in too. They shouldn't be on your approval list.
