I very often find myself using this petrol station just as it is often on my route. I must now say that I will no longer be doing so and would urge others to read this and make their own minds up. I have just bought a large bottle of cike from the store for £1.99. When i got home I found that the bottle had lost its fizz. I went straight back to the store and asked for an exchange. The young boy that is often serving there said I would need to get in contact with coke the company. He refused to help. I then explained to him the sale of goods act ...."Under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 traders must sell goods that are as described and of satisfactory quality. If consumers discover that products do not meet these requirements they can reject them and ask for their money back providing they do so quickly. Alternatively, they can request a repair or replacement or claim compensation" He then said that his boss had said this was nothing to do with him but if I insist on making a fuss he will give me another bottle. I am amazed at the low level of customer care let alone the regard for the act itself. I will no longer be using this store for my fuel or shoping
